How to Enable or Disable Eli

Updated October 26, 2026

Turn the Eli personal assistant on or off from your account settings

Eli is the AI personal assistant built into the Fourthwall dashboard. You control whether it appears in your workspace from Account > AI. Eli is available on every plan in supported regions.

Enable or disable Eli

Eli's setting is in your Account settings, under AI. Account settings are separate from your shop Settings. To open Account settings, click your profile name at the bottom left of your dashboard, then click your name or email at the top of the popup menu and select AI.

  1. Go to Account > AI in your dashboard.
  2. Find the Enable Eli (personal assistant) toggle under the Enable Eli section.
  3. Switch it on to use Eli, or switch it off to hide it from your dashboard.

Your choice applies right away. Turn the toggle back on at any time to bring Eli back.

Eli on every plan

Eli is included on every Fourthwall plan in supported regions. Eli has a weekly usage limit on every plan, and Fourthwall Pro includes a higher limit than the free plan. To check how much you've used, ask Eli: it can tell you how much is left and when your limit resets.

For details on what Eli can do once enabled, see Eli Actions.
