The Fourthwall app in ChatGPT is an optional tool for creators. After you add it to ChatGPT and log in with your Fourthwall account, you can ask ChatGPT to do many of the things you'd normally do in your Fourthwall dashboard. The app is built for managing your shop, and it doesn't show your products to customers in ChatGPT.

What can I do with the Fourthwall app in ChatGPT?​

Ask ChatGPT in plain language to work with your own shop. For example:

  • Look up orders, cancel or refund an order, or change a shipping address
  • Edit products, prices, and collections
  • Create and manage promotions
  • Create gift cards and giveaway links
  • Check your payouts and sales reports

ChatGPT can only see and change what your Fourthwall account has permission to access.

How do I add the Fourthwall app to ChatGPT?​

  1. Open the Fourthwall app in ChatGPT.
  2. Connect the app, then log in with your Fourthwall account when ChatGPT asks.
  3. Start a chat and ask ChatGPT about your shop.

You can remove the app from your ChatGPT settings at any time.

Yes. The app only connects to your shop if you add it in ChatGPT and log in with your Fourthwall account. If you never add it, nothing about your shop changes.

Does the Fourthwall app show my products to customers in ChatGPT?​

No. The app is built for managing your own shop. It doesn't show your products to customers in ChatGPT.

Does Fourthwall send my products to ChatGPT?​

No. Fourthwall doesn't send your products to ChatGPT. If you add the Fourthwall app, ChatGPT reads the shop information it needs to answer your requests in your own chats.

Can ChatGPT find my shop if I don't use the app?​

Yes, if your shop is live and public. ChatGPT and other AI tools can read public web pages the same way Google and other search engines do, and that includes your shop. The Fourthwall app doesn't change this.

Can I use other AI assistants to manage my shop?​
