Change your Fourthwall Pro billing cycle

Step-by-step instructions and what to expect when switching your Pro billing cycle

Fourthwall Pro is billed monthly ($19/month) or yearly ($180/year). You can't switch an active subscription from one to the other. To change your billing cycle, cancel your current subscription, let it run to the end of the period you've paid for, then subscribe again with the other option.

How billing cycle changes work​

Fourthwall doesn't support switching an active Pro subscription between monthly and yearly billing.

To change your billing cycle:

  1. Cancel your current subscription. You keep Fourthwall Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  2. Once that period ends, subscribe again and choose the other billing option.

This works the same way whether you're switching from monthly to yearly or from yearly to monthly.

Canceled yearly Fourthwall Pro plans aren't refunded. If you're on yearly billing, you keep Pro for the rest of the year you paid for, and your monthly plan starts when you subscribe again after it ends.

How to change your billing cycle​

Step 1: Go to Settings > Plan in your Fourthwall dashboard.

Step 2: Under Your plan, click Cancel subscription, then confirm. For screenshots of each screen, see How to cancel Fourthwall Pro.

Step 3: Keep using Fourthwall Pro until the end of your current billing period.

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription before the current billing period ends. This reverses the cancellation.

Step 4: Once your subscription ends, return to Settings > Plan and click Upgrade to Pro.

Step 5: Click Upgrade to Pro again in the window that opens, select Monthly or Yearly, and click Continue.

Step 6: Choose a payment method and complete the checkout.

Why can't I switch instantly?​

Fourthwall Pro subscriptions don't support changing the billing cycle while a subscription is active. To move between monthly and yearly billing, cancel and subscribe again.
