Introducing Our Affiliate Plus Program​

We're excited to announce the launch of our Affiliate Plus Program, designed to reward our affiliates for helping us grow. Here's everything you need to know about how the program works and how you can start earning commissions.

Earnings Breakdown​

As an affiliate, for 12 months you will receive a percentage of product costs generated by the creators you refer to our platform:

  • Physical Products: Earn 10% of all product costs.
  • Digital Products: Earn 10% of Fourthwall's digital product platform fee on eligible sales. On the current standard plans, that's 0.5% of sales before promo discounts when the referred creator is on the Free plan (5% fee) and no digital commission when they're on Fourthwall Pro (0% fee).   • Membership Subscriptions: Earn 0.5% of subscriptions (10% of our cut).

In addition to this percentage, you will also receive $10 in shop credit per user referred, up to 20 per month. Fourthwall may withhold referral credit or shop credit for self-referrals, duplicate accounts or other abuse.

How to Refer Users​

Creators with $1,000 or more in lifetime sales automatically qualify for the Affiliate Plus Program. Once you qualify, here's how referrals work:

  1. Go to Settings > Referrals to find your unique referral link.
  2. To add your referral link directly to your storefront home page, go to Site design, find the links list section, and add it with one click.
  3. Share your link with your audience anywhere you promote your shop.
  4. Any new creator who registers using your referral link will be designated as your referral.
  5. You'll earn commissions on all eligible sales they make for the next 12 months.

Payout Process​

We've made the payout process simple and transparent:

  1. Commissions are calculated weekly for sales made in the previous week.
  2. Your earnings are added to your Account Balance on our platform.
  3. Your Account Balance is paid out with your regular payouts on the standard payout schedule. See Understanding payout timing and schedules.

  • Long-Term Benefits: Earn commissions for 12 months as your referrals make ongoing purchases.

Can I run my own affiliate program for people who promote my shop?​

No. Affiliate Plus works in one direction: you refer new creators to Fourthwall, and Fourthwall pays you. There is no feature that pays a commission to the partners, friends, or influencers who send customers to your shop, and no per-code payout system.

The closest option is to track partners yourself. Create a separate promo code for each partner, then export your orders. The Orders CSV includes a Promotion Code column, so you can total the sales tied to each code and pay your partners directly. See Export orders.
