# Orders tab: View your orders

The Orders tab in your Fourthwall dashboard shows all orders, donations, and Twitch gift transactions in one place. You can search, filter, download reports, and view per-order cost breakdowns from here.

The Orders tab has three main sections:

- **All orders.** View all orders received and the details behind them.
- **Thank yous.** Displays all thank-you videos you have sent or have pending. See [How do I send a thank you video to my supporter?](/manage-my-shop/fourthwall-on-mobile/send-thank-you-video) for details.
- **To be shipped.** Only appears when you have a self-fulfilled order to ship. See [How to upload tracking numbers for self-fulfilled orders](/create-and-sell-products/how-to-guides/upload-tracking-numbers) for details.

## Orders

The All orders section shows every order received in your shop. Each row in the list displays:

- **Order date.** Based on your selected dashboard timezone. See [How to Set the Timezone for Your Fourthwall Dashboard](/manage-my-shop/shop-settings/set-dashboard-timezone).
- **Product thumbnails.** A preview of the items in the order.
- **Supporter name.** For digital orders, the email address is shown since a name is not required.
- **Order status.** The current fulfillment or processing state.
- **Order total.** The full amount paid by the supporter.
- **Profit.** Your earnings after all costs are deducted. New orders may show a blank Profit value for up to 24 to 48 hours while Fourthwall's costs-aggregation job finishes calculating. See [Why is profit blank or showing an error?](#why-is-profit-blank-or-showing-an-error) below.

Click any order to open a detailed view showing all products ordered, a cost breakdown, the shipping and fulfillment timeline, the tracking number, and other order-specific details.

## Search, filter, and download orders

### Searching orders

Use the search bar in the top right of the orders page to find a specific order. You can search by supporter name, email, discount code, country, and other order details.

### Filtering orders

Click the filter icon next to the search bar to filter orders by order status, sales channel, or sample orders. Select one or more filters to narrow the list.

### Downloading orders

Click the export icon on the left side of the filter bar to download a CSV report of your orders. The report includes: order date, email, product value, donation value, shipping amount, taxes, discount, and refund amount, along with shipping details.

## Orders per page

At the bottom of the orders list, you can set how many orders display per page. Click the **per page** dropdown in the footer and select your preferred page size. Your preference is saved and carries over each time you return to the orders page.

## Donations

If you have donations active on your Fourthwall site, any donation-only orders appear in the Donations section. The details shown here are similar to the Orders section but specific to donation transactions.

If a donation is added to a product order, it does not appear in the Donations section. It appears instead in that order's detail view.

## Twitch gifts

If you have Twitch gifting connected and have received Twitch gift orders, those appear in the Twitch gifts section of the All orders tab. Each row shows the gift status and profit.

- **Twitch gift status.** Shows as "gift" and indicates whether it has been redeemed. If an order contains multiple Twitch gifts, the row shows how many have been redeemed.
- **Twitch gift profit.** The row shows the total net profit impact. Opening the order shows a breakdown by individual gift, with two line items:
  - **Gift purchase.** Always shows positive profit. This is the revenue from the gift purchase. If the gift is never redeemed, you keep the full amount.
  - **Gift redeemed.** Always shows negative profit. This is when the winner claims their Twitch gift and you are charged the product and shipping costs.

## Frequently asked questions

### Why is profit blank or showing an error?

After a new order is placed, the Profit column in the orders list may show no value for up to 24 to 48 hours. On the order detail page, profit can also display an Error badge along with a danger banner during the same window. This is expected.

Fourthwall calculates profit through a costs-aggregation job that runs asynchronously after the order comes in. The figure stays blank, or shows the Error state on the detail page, until that job finishes. This delay happens regardless of whether you've configured product costs, and digital products often resolve faster than the full 24 to 48 hour window.

If the Profit column or the order detail page still shows blank or an error after 48 hours:

- For self-fulfilled items, confirm your product costs are entered under **Product Settings > Product costs** so the calculation has the data it needs.
- If costs are configured and the issue continues, reach out to [support@fourthwall.com](mailto:support@fourthwall.com) so the team can re-run the calculation on your account.
