# How to Enable or Disable Eli

Eli is the AI personal assistant built into the Fourthwall dashboard. You control whether it appears in your workspace from **Account** > **AI**. Eli is available on Fourthwall Pro only.

## Enable or disable Eli

To turn Eli on or off, go to [**Account** > **AI**](https://my-shop.fourthwall.com/admin/dashboard/account/ai/?redirect) in your dashboard.

1. Go to [**Account** > **AI**](https://my-shop.fourthwall.com/admin/dashboard/account/ai/?redirect) in your dashboard.
2. Find the **Enable Eli (personal assistant)** toggle under the **Enable Eli** section.
3. Switch it on to use Eli, or switch it off to hide it from your dashboard.

Your choice applies right away. Turn the toggle back on at any time to bring Eli back.

## Upgrade to use Eli

Eli is a Fourthwall Pro feature. If you're not on Pro, **Account** > **AI** shows a banner that reads **Feature available only to Pro users** with an upgrade button. Click the button to review Pro pricing and upgrade your plan. Once you're on Pro, the **Enable Eli (personal assistant)** toggle appears on the same page.

## Your data stays yours

Fourthwall doesn't train AI on your personal data, shop information, or creative assets. Your business intelligence remains yours alone.

### Where do I turn Eli off?

### Why don't I see the Eli toggle?
