Sign up at [seller-us.tiktok.com](https://seller-us.tiktok.com). Additional requirements: - Only on-demand products from the Fourthwall catalog or Fourthwall-managed fulfillment center are supported. Products must ship within 3 days or less. Fourthwall filters eligible products automatically. - TikTok requires switching your account to a business account to activate TikTok Shop. Creator-specific features or programs may not apply once you switch. ## Things to know before you start - Do NOT update products directly in TikTok Shop Seller Center. Only update products from your Fourthwall dashboard to keep data in sync. - Only on-demand products from the Fourthwall catalog or Fourthwall-managed fulfillment center are eligible. TikTok requires all products to ship in 3 days or less. - Orders placed through TikTok are automatically synced into your Fourthwall shop. Once shipped, Fourthwall updates the TikTok order and triggers the shipping notification email. - TikTok pays you directly for TikTok Shop orders. These orders appear as negative in your Fourthwall dashboard, reflecting product and shipping costs. All communication is handled by TikTok based on shipping and order status updates that Fourthwall provides. ## Step 1: Sign up for TikTok Shop 1. On desktop, go to your TikTok account and click the three dots below your profile icon. 2. Go to **Business Suite** > **Activity & support** > **TikTok Shop**, then click **Sign up now**. On the TikTok Shop landing page, click **Continue with TikTok** and log in with the TikTok account you want to connect. Enter your business details: - **Individual sellers**: upload a passport or driver's license, home address, and legal name. - **Entity sellers**: enter legal business name, EIN, beneficial owners, and business address. A company representative must also provide personal information. 6. At the Privacy & Security step, select **No** for the third-party question. Fourthwall is not considered a third party. Complete the Shop information section: - Set your shop name to match your TikTok username (default) or create a new name. This name is public-facing. - For primary product or service, enter "Menswear & Underwear" or "Womenswear & Underwear" (used by TikTok for internal tracking only). - Enter a phone number to receive a verification code, then click **Submit**. "Register your business" will show as Pending. This is expected and typically updates within 48 hours. You can continue setup in the meantime. ## Step 2: Add your tax information 1. In the TikTok Shop dashboard, scroll down to "Add tax information" and click the green **Add tax information** button. Review the automatically generated W9 to confirm your information is accurate, then click **Submit**. 4. Certify that the tax information is correct when prompted. In the TikTok Shop dashboard, go to "Add shipping and return addresses." 2. Click **No** to use a different address than the one entered during account setup. In the shipping and returns form, enter the following details and click **Submit**: - **Contact Person**: Fourthwall - **Phone Number**: 818-351-7181 - **Address**: 11201 Ed Brown Road, Charlotte, NC 28273 - Keep "Set as return address" selected. On the Shipping template page, click **Create** in the top right, then **Create a new template** > **Confirm**. ## Step 4: Create a shipping template Two template options are available. Choose based on how you want shipping to appear to buyers: - **Free shipping** (recommended): Shipping cost is included in the product price. Products marked as "free shipping" rank higher in TikTok discovery. When connecting Fourthwall products in Step 5, you can increase the item price to cover shipping. Products without "free shipping" rank lower in TikTok promotions. ## Free shipping template setup 1. Name the template "Fourthwall Shipping" or "Fourthwall". This exact name is required for the integration to work and is not visible to supporters. 2. Select **US Pickup Warehouse** from the warehouse dropdown. Scroll down to "Standard Shipping," confirm the flat rate is set to $0.00, and click **Submit**. Name the template "Fourthwall Shipping" or "Fourthwall". This exact name is required for the integration to work and is not visible to supporters. 2. Select **US Pickup Warehouse** from the warehouse dropdown. If you set up multiple warehouses, select the one with the shipping address from Step 3. Enter the following weight-based shipping rates. Click **+ Price conditions** to add each row: - **0 to 0.5 lbs**: $4.89 - **0.5 to 1 lb**: $8.18 - **1 to 1.5 lbs**: $12.05 - **1.5 to 2 lbs**: $13.05 - **2 to 2.5 lbs**: $15.26 - **2.5 to 3.5 lbs**: $16.26 - **3.5 lbs and above**: $21.56 5. Confirm all ranges are correct and click **Submit**. This is the only shipping setting needed. Keep Economy and Express Shipping unselected. Go to the warehouse settings, click **Edit** on "US Pickup Warehouse," rename it to "Fourthwall," and click **Save**. The warehouse name must be exactly "Fourthwall" or "Fourthwall Shipping". The integration will not sync orders correctly if the name does not match. In your Fourthwall dashboard, go to [**Apps**](https://my-shop.fourthwall.com/admin/dashboard/apps/?redirect) and click [**TikTok Shop**](https://my-shop.fourthwall.com/admin/dashboard/apps/tiktok-partner?redirect). On the install page, set the duration to **Unlimited**, enter your contact email (private, not public-facing), check the confirmation box, and click **Confirm to install**. The configuration page should now show as "Connected." If not, refresh the page. Select your TikTok Shop account from the dropdown. TikTok pays you directly for orders, so Fourthwall charges your card to cover manufacturing and shipping costs when your shop balance is insufficient. Set a charge limit to prevent unexpected overages. If the limit is hit, TikTok Shop orders are automatically canceled until the limit resets. If you chose the free shipping template, check the **Increase price of my products on TikTok Shop** box so pricing includes shipping costs. You can also enter an extra margin percentage to offset TikTok's platform fees, which run 6-8% higher than other channels. This price adjustment applies only to TikTok Shop and does not affect prices elsewhere.
