# Connecting Laylo to Your Fourthwall Site

Laylo is a drop marketing platform that lets you announce and promote product drops directly to your supporters. Connect it to your Fourthwall site to automatically sync new subscriber emails to your Laylo audience. As a Fourthwall creator, you get 5,000 free Laylo credits to promote your drops.

## How to set up the Laylo integration

The Laylo integration connects through an API key and takes about one minute to set up.

1. In your Fourthwall dashboard, go to [**Settings > Apps > Laylo**](https://my-shop.fourthwall.com/admin/dashboard/apps/laylo).
2. Under the **Connection** section, enter your Laylo API key. You can find your API key at [Laylo Settings > Integrations](https://laylo.com/settings?tab=Integrations).
3. Click **Connect to Laylo** to finish setup.

Once connected, the status changes from **Not connected** to **Connected**, confirming that Fourthwall is syncing data to your Laylo account.

## What syncs to Laylo

After connecting, Laylo automatically receives emails from two sources:

- New supporters who opt in to email marketing during checkout or on your site
- New mailing list signups from your Fourthwall site

Only new signups sync automatically. Existing emails collected before connecting Laylo are not transferred. To add your existing contacts, [export your email list](/frequently-asked-questions/products-and-shop-features/collect-newsletter-emails) from your Fourthwall dashboard and [bulk import them into Laylo](https://docs.laylo.com/en/articles/6520118-import-fan-s-emails-and-phone-numbers).

## How Laylo compares to other email integrations

Fourthwall supports several email marketing integrations. Laylo is specifically designed for drop announcements and product launches, while other tools focus on broader email campaigns.
