The country dropdown on checkout is the authoritative source of truth: if a country appears there, supporters in that country can place an order. Fourthwall manages supported destinations centrally, so creators cannot add or remove countries from their on-demand products. This article covers on-demand products fulfilled by Fourthwall only. For self-fulfilled products, creators control destinations through Shipping Groups. ## How to confirm if a country is supported The country dropdown on your shop's checkout page is the most accurate, up-to-date list of supported destinations. To check whether a country is supported: 1. Open your shop and add any on-demand product to the cart. 2. Go to checkout. 3. Open the **Country** dropdown in the shipping address fields. If the country appears in the dropdown, supporters in that country can complete the order. If it doesn't appear, Fourthwall doesn't currently ship there. Always confirm against the live checkout dropdown for the specific country in question, since coverage can vary by product. ## Regions where Fourthwall ships on-demand products Fourthwall ships on-demand orders to most countries across the following regions: - **North America.** United States (excluding several territories listed below), Canada, Mexico. - **Europe.** Every European Union member state, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and most non-EU European countries. - **Asia-Pacific.** Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, and most other countries in the region. - **Latin America.** Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, and most Central and South American countries. - **Africa.** South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Morocco, Tunisia, and many other African countries. - **Middle East.** Limited coverage at this time. The block is temporary. Fourthwall expects to restore service once conditions in each region allow it. Most Middle East and North Africa unavailability is tied to ongoing conflicts in the region. No. For on-demand products, Fourthwall manages the list of supported countries centrally. The checkout country dropdown reflects every destination available to your supporters, and creators can't add or remove countries. ### A supporter in an unsupported country wants to order. What can I do? If the country isn't in the checkout dropdown, the order can't be placed for an on-demand product. Suggest using a forwarding service in a supported country, or check if you offer the design on a self-fulfilled product where you control shipping destinations. ### Will the temporarily blocked countries come back? Yes. Countries on the temporary list, like the United Arab Emirates and others affected by regional conflicts, will return to checkout once Fourthwall can safely fulfill orders there again. ### Does this list apply to digital products? No. Digital products deliver electronically and are not restricted by these shipping rules. Sanctioned-country restrictions may still apply for legal reasons. ### Where can I see the exact, current list of supported countries?
