# Fourthwall Free FAQs

Fourthwall Free gives you all the core tools to launch and sell products with no monthly subscription fee. This article covers product limits, team access, fees, and how to check or upgrade your plan.

## What is Fourthwall Free?

Fourthwall Free is the default plan that includes everything you need to start selling. You can create physical and digital products, customize your storefront, and accept payments with no upfront subscription cost. Standard platform and transaction fees apply depending on what you sell.

## What are the limits on the Free plan?

Accounts created after August 25, 2025, have the following limits on Fourthwall Free:

- Up to **50 products** total (active or hidden). Both physical and digital products count.
- Up to **2 team members** total, including yourself.

Archived products do not count toward the product limit. If you need more products or team members, you can upgrade to Fourthwall Pro.

## What happens if I reach the product or team limit?

Fourthwall does not remove anything when you hit the limit. All existing products and team members stay as they are. You won't be able to add new products or invite new team members until you archive products, remove team members, or upgrade your plan.

Creating **combined product listings** can help you stay within the product limit by grouping related items together.

If you signed up before August 25, 2025, the same limits apply. Everything you published before the update remains, even if it exceeds the limit. You just won't be able to add new products beyond the cap.

## Are there fees on the Free plan?

Yes. There is no monthly subscription fee, but standard platform fees apply to digital products and memberships. Payment processing fees also apply to all transactions.

## Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade to Fourthwall Pro at any time from your dashboard. Go to [**Settings > Plan**](https://my-shop.fourthwall.com/admin/dashboard/settings/plan?redirect) to view your current plan and upgrade options.

## How do I know which plan I'm on?

Go to [**Settings > Plan**](https://my-shop.fourthwall.com/admin/dashboard/settings/plan?redirect) and check the "Your plan" section. This page shows your current plan, its limits, and any upgrade options available to you.
