# Export orders

You can export your Fourthwall orders into a CSV file for record-keeping or integration with third-party tools. The export includes product orders, standalone donations, gift purchases, and Twitch gifts, giving you a complete snapshot of your shop's activity.

## Which download should I use?

Fourthwall offers three CSV downloads, each built for a different job. Choose based on what you need.

- **Orders export** (found at **Orders** tab > **Export orders**). Contains order-level fields: type, Order ID, Friendly ID, date, status, supporter email and phone, totals (merchandise, donation, shipping, taxes, discount, refunded), shipping and billing addresses. Does not include per-item Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) or product name. Best for record-keeping, CRM imports, financial reporting, and full order history.
- **Fulfillment CSV** (file name: **OrdersToShip.csv**, found at **Contributions** > **Fulfillment** > **Download CSV**). Contains per-item rows: Item Code/SKU, Quantity, Grouped Id, shipping address, Order ID, Phone. Does not include order totals or financial data. Best for self-fulfillment label prep and per-item product questions.
- **Analytics report export** (found at **Analytics** > **Reports** > **Export**). Contains aggregated data by product, source, country, or UTM parameter. Does not include individual orders or per-item rows. Best for sales analysis and campaign performance.

If you need per-item product details (item code, SKU, quantity, what's in each order), use the Fulfillment CSV. The Orders export only contains order-level fields.

## What gets exported?

The Orders export includes all of the following:

- Orders and sample orders
- Giveaway links
- Standalone donations
- Gift purchases
- Twitch gifts

## How to export orders

1. From your Fourthwall dashboard, go to [**Orders**](https://my-shop.fourthwall.com/admin/dashboard/contributions/orders/?redirect).
2. Click **Export orders** in the upper-right corner of the Orders page.

The CSV file automatically downloads to your device and contains your full order list. Filters applied to the Orders view do NOT affect what gets exported. The export always contains your complete order history. Filter the data in your spreadsheet application after downloading.

## What details are included?

Your exported CSV includes the following fields for each order:
